History
Bent Penny Productions / The
Bent Pennies was originally composed of Actors,
Comedians, &
Professional Thespians who simply
wished to expand their on stage
skills
getting together weekly and having a workshop of the impromptu.
As the group evolved it became clear that they had the
talent,
or at least the
intestinal fortitude, to perform their
unique
brand of improv before a live audience.
So began an
incredible journey filled with struggles, notoriety,
set backs,
visions of fame & infamy and finally little tiny
baby steps
forward.
With an impressive, all inclusive 160 years, in stage
and comedic experience, the
group can use their creative genius to whip up stories of the superb to the sublime.
Having all this Talent and a ton of production
expierence within the group it was
prudent to bring
our talent to the world so we started a production company. The
group now activily creates, scripts, films, post produces, creates special effects
both digital and live action. Many fantastic projects are in the works.

Spaz the super cat has now starred in 2 of our productions
and will be featured several times in our up coming
"Five -Minute- Funnies" TV series. He's the
most hillarious non-Human we know.
Somebody give him an Oscar, Tony or one of those guys!
